Phillips– Sonicare Toothbrush

Posted on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 in Beauty Boutique

Finding the right dentist, obstetrician and primary care doctor is a dueling task of trial and error. If you are lucky a friend’s recommendation, your health insurance provider and a new patient policy can all align at the same time. Having lived in many cities and participated in five insurance plans to date, I feel like I have seen my share of medical practitioners. The perfect smile is a highly underestimated gift in life. Growing up my parents routinely took me to the dentist and orthodontist. I underwent extensive treatments to give me the smile and teeth I have today (THANK YOU MOM & DAD). Since that responsibility has been turned over to me I have had a masochistic hygienist, a wisdom teeth surgery and a specialist who wants to redo the work of every procedure done to date.

Mostly, I am thankful for being forced into getting the Sonicare Toothbrush. It has changed my brushing routine and improved my at-home practices. It keeps you brushing for the recommended 2 minutes, it tickles and you really clean. I was able to use flex points with my insurance so bought it with pre-tax $$!

Flossing, I would like to recommend the Hummingbird. This little handy tool is simple and easy to work into your routine.

Crest Smest….I don’t believe in buying only one brand, but that’s mostly because I married a Colgate man. Anyone into Toms? Mouthwash well if you can handle the burn, more power to you.

Happy Brushing!

P.S. some great stocking stuffers.
